Products can be great, but customer service......
Products can be great, however their approach to customer service leaves little to be desired. I have a genuine need to replace a nose pad on a pair of sunglasses that my wife bought as a present a just over 2 years ago (for my 50th). Don't have the receipt, which Rapha are insisting on, even though I'm happy to pay for the replacement part. A most bizarre approach that seem to being rendering the sunglasses useless and destined for the bin - not great from an ESG perspective, let alone needing to buy a new pair of glasses for the sake of not being able to by what must be a

If I’d known they use Hermes/Evri I wouldn’t have ordered from them. Not delivered when promised, of course, Hermes (new name, same service) never do and any company using them clearly prefers profit over customer service. I’ll be sending it back if it ever arrives.

They use Hermes/Evri for delivery. Items not arrived tracking is garbage and now waiting for a new delivery using DPD (why do they only use DPD when there has been a problem?)

Courier claimed delivery; Rapha delete our query
The courier sent a text+email to say the parcel had been delivered - the doorbell had not been rung (we were in the whole time), and no parcel left outside (we checked right after we received the text).
We replied to the Rapha order email to let them know and got a reply saying their email address isn't monitored and our email has been deleted.
Leaves a lot to ask for..
Like the clothes. Need to return one Item. Booked the return online. DHL never showed up to pick up the parcel as scheduled. Then contacted Rapha Customer service, they told me to get In touch directly with DHL. Did that, they told that they couldnt do anything because I hadn't got a return label from Rapha. After being tossed back and forth between Rapha and DHL like a hot potato, I asked Rapha If I could return the Item at their shop/clubhouse In Copenhagen. I couldn't... In a red ocean market like bike clothing, where comfort and fit means so much, I think It should be much easier to return Items, and I think that customer service should be a priority to any company who wants to suceed. I will probably look for other brands than Rapha In the future.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
TERRIBLE SERVICE - Bought 5 items which I needed to return. I have now for 5 weeks tried to get them to pay-out. They have now paid a discounted amount for 3 of the items - I dont know why they are discounting the amounts and I am still missing reply for the last 2 items. I dont get any replies on mail and I cannot get through on phone. GREAT PRODUCTS - TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Har købt 5 forskellige items som skulle retur. Nu har jeg i 5 uger forsøgt at få dem til at udbetale pengene - har nu fået penge for 3 items - men det er helt uklart hvorfor de ikke betaler for de sidste 2 og de svarer ikke på mail og man kan ikke komme igennem på telefon.
Produkterne er fede - men service er helt i bund.
