Superb products, fantastic service
Surprised at how poor the reviews are on here. I've bought loads of gear from Rapha over the last couple of years and never been anything other than impressed. All top quality, customer service fantastic, repair service flawless. Free returns online mean this is really the only place I buy my cycling gear.

Poor Customer Service
Bought bibs and a top for my wife from the Austin Clubhouse and was told I would be able to return them for a full refund if they did not fit via their website. They didn't and the website told me they have the be returned to the store (which is an 8 he drive) Two emails were sent to the store and no one is answering my requests

Poor customer service
My local store made an error with my order and hence I am unable to return an item as a direct result. Emailed head office but received no reply. Very poor customer service.

Faulty manufacture
I received a pair of Brevet Winter Tights as a gift. After a while the stuck-on logo started to disintegrate on both legs and they look very shoddy. I am embarrassed to wear them.

I reached out to Rapha who refuse point blank to do anything about it unless a) they were purchased directly from Rapha and b) unless I can provide the purchase invoice as proof. This is simply a ploy to avoid responsibility.

I do not have the invoice. My wife bought them online from Rapha and despite looking she cannot find the invoice. Rapha is making this very difficult for no logical reason. They are trying to avoid their moral obligation for a faulty product by pretending that buying through a third party (which it was not - it came directly from them) makes a difference as to whether or not they accept liability for a mistake they have made in the way the Rapha logo was applied. By virtue of this failure the product is clearly 'faulty'. Their attitude is exceptionally disappointing and causes me to lose faith in them. Maybe it is time to break the habit!

I own several pieces of Rapha I own a hybrid so I can use the trial and the road clothes. The style is great and the clothes are excellent quality I have had several dealings with my local Rapha store and it has been a great experience.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Place two orders more than weeks ago. I still have not received the orders. Have written emails to cancel my orders multiple times, but have still not received any answer nor packages.

Great products - terrible service
Great products, fast shipping, hideously poor customer service. It takes the same amount of time to ship items from Hong Kong to Australia, as it does for customer service to respond to an email (2-3 days). Service are absolutely lacklustre, can't provide any indication of stock levels in store, don't offer any after sales service in terms of remedying incorrect sizing purchases, either. I'll go back to MAAP!

Don't shop online..... In store only
I love there clothes but there online customer service has completely gone down hill.
The package was missing half the bits and the delivery took nearly two weeks. Then when I asked about the missing bits they said it would take another 7/10days to deliver the rest. Over the phone and online they are just not bothered.

Products can be great, but customer service......
Products can be great, however their approach to customer service leaves little to be desired. I have a genuine need to replace a nose pad on a pair of sunglasses that my wife bought as a present a just over 2 years ago (for my 50th). Don't have the receipt, which Rapha are insisting on, even though I'm happy to pay for the replacement part. A most bizarre approach that seem to being rendering the sunglasses useless and destined for the bin - not great from an ESG perspective, let alone needing to buy a new pair of glasses for the sake of not being able to by what must be a

If I’d known they use Hermes/Evri I wouldn’t have ordered from them. Not delivered when promised, of course, Hermes (new name, same service) never do and any company using them clearly prefers profit over customer service. I’ll be sending it back if it ever arrives.

Poor delivery service/choice of courier

They use Hermes/Evri for delivery. Items not arrived tracking is garbage and now waiting for a new delivery using DPD (why do they only use DPD when there has been a problem?)

Courier claimed delivery; Rapha delete our query
The courier sent a text+email to say the parcel had been delivered - the doorbell had not been rung (we were in the whole time), and no parcel left outside (we checked right after we received the text).

We replied to the Rapha order email to let them know and got a reply saying their email address isn't monitored and our email has been deleted.

Leaves a lot to ask for..
Like the clothes. Need to return one Item. Booked the return online. DHL never showed up to pick up the parcel as scheduled. Then contacted Rapha Customer service, they told me to get In touch directly with DHL. Did that, they told that they couldnt do anything because I hadn't got a return label from Rapha. After being tossed back and forth between Rapha and DHL like a hot potato, I asked Rapha If I could return the Item at their shop/clubhouse In Copenhagen. I couldn't... In a red ocean market like bike clothing, where comfort and fit means so much, I think It should be much easier to return Items, and I think that customer service should be a priority to any company who wants to suceed. I will probably look for other brands than Rapha In the future.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
TERRIBLE SERVICE - Bought 5 items which I needed to return. I have now for 5 weeks tried to get them to pay-out. They have now paid a discounted amount for 3 of the items - I dont know why they are discounting the amounts and I am still missing reply for the last 2 items. I dont get any replies on mail and I cannot get through on phone. GREAT PRODUCTS - TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Har købt 5 forskellige items som skulle retur. Nu har jeg i 5 uger forsøgt at få dem til at udbetale pengene - har nu fået penge for 3 items - men det er helt uklart hvorfor de ikke betaler for de sidste 2 og de svarer ikke på mail og man kan ikke komme igennem på telefon.

Produkterne er fede - men service er helt i bund.
